Soccer season has offically begun here in the Sanderson house. This year Alex and Sarah are playing. Alex has been begging to play for a long time. He was so happy to get to go to his own soccer practice and run around. At one point he yelled "I'm really playing soccer". He was so happy.
We also moved out of the corporate housing and into our apartment with all of our stuff. Now we have lots of unpacking to do. It feels nice having all of our things again, but Mommy and Daddy have stayed up late unpacking boxes and are very tired. Here are some pictures of the current state of things.

We also went and looked at more houses this week with the kids. It helped them see that we really will move into a house again. Apartment living isn't for us. I am sure we will know when we find the right one and it fits our family.
It is so hard to not have a backyard when you have kids. Hopefully you have a little outdoor space now or a park close by. Happy house hunting! Sounds like fun!!!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing your bathroom rug in place and other familiar furniture and bedding, etc. If I was happy to see it all I am sure your family was very happy. It is good to be surrounded by our own things. I bet you were glad to have your computer back and your books.
